Inspirada Rosa, aged in Syrah barrels from Paso Robles, delivers a vibrant bouquet of wild berries, roasted agave, and delicate rose petal, accented by hints of pink peppercorn and soft oak. On the palate, it’s silky and expressive—melding ripe raspberry and plum with caramelized agave, a touch of cocoa, and the gentle spice of Syrah’s signature tannins. The wine barrel aging adds texture and a graceful dryness that balances the spirit’s natural sweetness. Its finish is smooth, floral, and lightly spiced, with lingering notes of red fruit and toasted vanilla. Beso is our white wine–barrel–aged, Bacanora-inspired agave spirit, marrying the wild heart of roasted agave and subtle campfire smoke with the elegance of barrels from the Central Coast. Pale straw gold in color, it offers aromas of white peach, pear blossom, and Meyer lemon layered with honeysuckle and a touch of almond. On the palate, supple agave sweetness and mesquite smoke unfold into stone fruit, citrus oil, and coastal minerality, with the barrel imparting a creamy texture and hints of vanilla and toasted brioche. The finish lingers gracefully with agave spice, white pepper, and a warm almond-honey glow.

Historic Bacanora Tradition

Bacanora is a storied agave spirit with over 300 years of tradition, born in the rugged Sierra Madre of Sonora, Mexico. Crafted from wild agave Pacifica, it’s traditionally roasted in underground pits and double distilled to achieve its bold, smoky character. Outlawed in 1915 and forced underground for decades, Bacanora endured through cultural pride and artisanal resilience until it was legalized in 1992 and recognized with a Denomination of Origin in 2000. Today, its legacy lives on through small-scale producers and time-honored methods—traditions that INSPIRADA proudly honors.
